Refund for your first order
For your first purchase of our products, you can receive a 100% refund if you're not satisfied. No returns necessary.

Unopened products & bundles
For all orders after your first order, we accept returns on unopened products within 30 days of delivery. The customer will cover return shipping unless the product is damaged or defective (see damaged or defective goods section below).

Opened items may be eligible for a partial refund or store credit on a case-by-case basis within 30 days of delivery. No returns are necessary for opened products.

Damaged or defective goods
For any damaged or defective goods, we will send a replacement or a refund.

Authorized resellers
If you purchased our product from one of our authorized resellers, please contact them directly to process your refund.
If you're unable to come to a satisfactory conclusion with one of our authorized resellers, please fill out our customer service form with any relevant information and we will evaluate your claim.
Unauthorized resellers
For unauthorized resellers, we are unable to control the quality of our product and our guarantee process. Please reach out through our customer service form for more information.
Items never received
For any item that was not received, please fill out our customer service form. TRTL is not responsible for items shipping to the wrong address due to a customer's error.
Wrong item received
If we sent you the wrong item, we want to make it right. To receive a refund or a replacement, return the item in the same condition you received it within 30 days of delivery. TRTL will cover the shipping cost.

Other information
All refunds will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to fully investigate claims that we believe may be unfounded or fraudulent, and we reserve the right to refuse a refund or return for any reason.
Refunds are usually processed within 2-3 business days, but refunds may take up to 10 business days to complete.
Once approved, refunds will be issued through the original payment method used. Select refunds will be issued through store credit.
In no event will any replacement or refund constitute an admission of any kind by TRTL.
