TRTL FAQ

These are our most commonly asked questions. Please contact our support team if you need additional information.

What is TRTL?

TRTL is a US-based business that sells psyllium husk fiber supplements in capsule and powder form. Our products are made for people who want to stay regular & support their digestive health.

Will this make me poop?

That's kind of the point. Psyllium husk is a bulk-forming fiber that helps support regularity by drawing water into your bowels. It won't hit you like a stimulant laxative, but with daily use it helps things move - on your own terms!

How long does it take to work?

Typically 24-72 hours. Consistency matters - take it daily with plenty of water with best results.

How many capsules should I take?

The recommended serving size is 1-3 capsules up to two times per day. Always consume TRTL with a full glass of water.

How much psyllium husk fiber should I take?

The recommended serving size is one heaping tablespoon (7g) up to two times per day. Mix well with water, juice, shakes, or smoothies.

Can I bake with psyllium husk?

Yes, adding our unflavored, sugar-free psyllium husk powder is a great way to add fiber into your diet.

What's actually in this stuff?

Our powder formula is 100% psyllium husk powder

Our capsules are filled with pure psyllium husk fiber, and the ingredients for the capsule shell are gelatin, magnesium stearate, and silicon dioxide.

Is this a laxative or cleanse?

Nope. TRTL is a fiber supplement, not a stimulant. It helps you stay regular with consistent use.

How long does shipping take?

Typically shipping times are three business days from order acceptance.

What's your return policy?

Don't love it? We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. Initiate a return through our contact us page.

Is it vegan?

The powder is 100% vegan.

The capsules contain gelatin, so they are not vegan.

Are there any common side effects to using this product?

Other than digestive regularity, a common side effect of psyllium husk is bloating. Be sure to stay hydrated to help you gut adjust.
